休日出勤後に飲みに行く。

風間さんが池袋にいるとのことで、池袋に行
く予定だったが、時間が少しあったので新橋
に寄ったが、これが間違い。

高城さんにお会いし、更にキクチさんと松林さ
ん(普段は関西サンボアにいらっしゃる)にもお
会いする。

そして、高城さんツアーが始まる。

・天神
でラーメンを食べたらしい。
この辺から濃霧であり五里霧中。

入店した後に「もう飲めません。」と水だけ
飲んで帰る。アホか。

もやし鍋

鍋の底にモヤシを敷き詰める、その上に豚バラの薄切り
を重ならないように 広げてのせる。その上に、またモヤシ
を敷き詰める。
これを用意したモヤシが無くなるまで順に重ねる。
最後に上から塩を少し振り掛ける。
*塩は控えめ。薄ければ後から足す。

蓋をして弱火で30分。

食べる時に、黒コショウや、七味をかけてモヤシから出
た汁ごと食す。ポン酢とめんつゆが好み。
*水は入れない。
